Our Essential Wash starts at IDR 80k for a small bike (under 200 cc), 100k for a big bike and 120k for a premium bike.
How much does detailing cost?
A Signature Detail starts at IDR 250k and a Showroom Detail at IDR 600k for a small bike.
How much is ceramic coating?
IDR 1.4M for a small bike, 1.8M for a big bike and 2.4M for a premium bike, including full paint preparation.
What is the Care Plan?
Four Essential Washes a month for the price of three: IDR 240k for a small bike, 300k for a big bike and 360k for a premium bike.
How do I know which size my bike is?
We use the engine size: small under 200 cc, big 200 to 250 cc, premium over 250 cc. Tell us your model and we confirm.
Is the price the same for every scooter?
It depends on the size class, not the model. A Scoopy and a Vario are both small bikes.
Is there a discount for regular customers?
The Care Plan gives you four Essential Washes a month for the price of three.
What is the cheapest service you offer?
The Essential Wash from IDR 80k for a small bike.
Do you quote for several bikes?
Yes. Message us the number and sizes of your bikes for a quote.
Do add-ons change the total?
Yes. Add-ons such as chain deep clean, helmet cleaning or headlight restoration are priced separately.
Booking and time
Do I need to book?
Essential Wash takes walk-ins. Details and ceramic coating are by appointment, because they need a free bay and several hours.
How long does a wash take?
About 30 minutes for an Essential Wash, 2 hours for a Signature Detail, 4 hours for a Showroom Detail and one to two days for a ceramic coating.
Can you pick up my bike?
Ask us on WhatsApp. Pickup and drop-off inside Canggu can be arranged.
How do I pay?
Payment methods are confirmed when you book or when you arrive at the studio.
Services and results
Will polishing remove deep scratches?
A one-step polish removes light swirls and haze. Deep scratches you can feel with a fingernail may need a repaint.
Can you work on matte paint?
Yes, with matte-safe products and no polishing.
How long does a ceramic coating last?
A year or more with good products and care. Results depend on the bike, how it is stored and how it is washed.
Do you detail big bikes and premium bikes?
Yes. Prices depend on the size class: small under 200 cc, big 200 to 250 cc, premium over 250 cc.
Do you wash scooters and rental bikes?
Yes. The Care Plan is made for residents and for rental bikes that spend a lot of time on the road.
Do you wash cars?
No. We specialise in scooters and motorbikes.
Do you use a pressure washer?
We rinse first and use foam and microfibre. We keep high-pressure water away from the chain, bearings, intake and electrics.
What products do you use?
pH-neutral shampoo, microfibre and products suited to paint, plastics and rubber. Matte paint gets matte-safe products.
Can you clean my chain?
Yes. A chain deep clean and lube is an add-on, and a Signature Detail includes chain degrease and a fresh lube.
Do you clean helmets?
Yes. Helmet cleaning and sanitising is an add-on.
Can you restore faded plastics?
Yes. Plastics and rubber restoration is part of the Signature Detail.
Can you restore cloudy headlights?
Yes. Headlight restoration is an add-on.
Do you take photos of the bike?
Yes. The Showroom Detail includes a photo set when we finish.
Do you offer paint repair?
We polish light swirls. Deep scratches may need a repaint, and we tell you at the walk-around.
Ceramic coating
What does 9H mean?
9H is a hardness rating used by coating makers. It is a marketing figure for surface hardness, not a promise that the paint cannot be scratched.
Can I coat a used bike?
Yes, if the paint can be restored with a polish first. Deep damage may need a repaint.
Does ceramic coating protect against scratches?
It resists fine marks, but it is not scratch-proof.
How long does a ceramic coating take to cure?
We keep your bike indoors while it cures, and give you an aftercare guide for the first days.
How do I wash a ceramic coated bike?
By hand, with a pH-neutral shampoo and microfibre. Avoid brush washes and harsh degreasers.
Does ceramic coating make a bike shinier?
It adds a deep gloss, and water and dirt slide off more easily.
Care at home
How often should I wash my scooter in Bali?
Every one to two weeks for normal use, weekly near the sea, and a quick rinse after heavy rain or mud.
How do I stop my bike from rusting?
Rinse salt off, dry the bike, protect bare metal and lubricate the chain.
Can I use dish soap to wash my motorbike?
No. It strips wax and dries out rubber and plastics.
How do I keep mold off my seat?
Park in shade, use a breathable cover, wipe off moisture and air the seat storage.
How often should I lube my chain?
Every few hundred kilometres, and after rain. Most automatic scooters use a belt and need no chain lube.
How do I protect plastics from fading?
Park in shade, wash regularly and use a UV-protectant trim product.

What are your opening hours?
Every day, 08:00 to 18:00.
Do I need to bring my helmet or documents?
No documents are needed for a wash. Bring your bike and any keys.
Can I drop my bike off and collect it later?
Yes, for details and ceramic coating. We agree a pick-up time.
Can you pick up my bike?
Ask us on WhatsApp. Pickup and drop-off inside Canggu can be arranged.
What if I need to reschedule?
Message us as early as you can on WhatsApp and we find another slot.
