In short
Canggu Bike does not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers. When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies. Our servers keep standard logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to run and secure the sites.
What we collect
- Messages and booking details that you send us on WhatsApp, such as your name, dates and the bike you want. We use them to answer you and to manage your booking.
- Server logs with your IP address, the pages requested and the time. We use them to keep the sites running and secure.
What we do not do
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- We do not sell your data.
- The forms on our sites do not store anything. They open a WhatsApp message that you send yourself.
Cookies
Visitors do not receive cookies. A login cookie is used only in the owner area, for staff.
Third parties
WhatsApp, Google Maps and Instagram are run by other companies and have their own privacy policies. Fonts and icons on our sites are hosted by us.
Your rights
You can ask us to see or delete the messages and booking details we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp to do so.
